Włodzimierz Kotłowski
Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company
Włodzimierz Kotłowski is a graduate of the Military University of Technology, he completed individual studies at the Faculty of Chemistry and Applied Physics, majoring in Applied Physics.
In the years 1980-94 he was a researcher at the Institute of Technical Physics of the Military University of Technology and an academic teacher of general physics, optoelectronics and fiber optic technology. He conducted scientific and research work in the field of optoelectronics for the Ministry of National Defense and the national economy as part of government research and development programs.
He has extensive managerial experience, working in the years 1995-2017 in managerial positions in many public institutions and companies in Poland and the Czech Republic.
Brunon Hołyst

Brunon Hołyst – professor of law, specializing in criminology and criminology, pioneer of victimology and suicidology in Poland.
A research worker mainly associated with the University of Łódź, where he rose to the position of full professor at the Department of Criminal Procedure and Forensic Science at the Faculty of Law and Administration. He was also a lecturer at the Academy of Humanities named after Aleksander Gieysztor in Pułtusk, Higher School of Paweł Włodkowic in Płock, the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Academy of Special Education named after Maria Grzegorzewska in Warsaw and the University of Kazimierz Wielki. He also became a professor at the Faculty of Administration of the Police Academy in Szczytno, head of the Department of Criminology, Criminology and Resocialization and rector of the University of Management in Warsaw, as well as a full professor at the Department of Criminal Law at Lazarski University. Doctor honoris causa of the University of Białystok in 2011 and Nasarawa State University in Keffi, Nigeria, in 2023. Member of many foreign scientific committees.
In many countries, as a visiting professor, he gave lectures on suicidology, victimology and criminology. Author of over 1,250 publications, including 80 books and academic textbooks; his books have been published in the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Japan, China, Germany, Ukraine, Russia and Nigeria.
Involved in the activities of various scientific organizations, advisory and consultative councils, including the consultative council of the Central Anticorruption Bureau and the advisory committee of the Chief Commander of the Police. In the years 1985–2004 he was the president of the Polish Society of Mental Hygiene. He was a co-founder of the Polish Forensic Society and a long-time editor of the periodicals published by this organization. He became the president of the board of the Polish Suicidological Society.
Jerzy August Gawinecki

Jerzy August Gawinecki is a professor, habilitated doctor of mathematical sciences and engineer.
He graduated from the Military University of Technology (WAT) in 1977, in 1982 he obtained a PhD in mathematics from the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics of the University of Warsaw, and in 1991. habilitated doctorate in mathematical sciences from the Institute of Mathematics of the Warsaw University of Technology. In 2004, he obtained the academic title of professor of mathematical sciences.
He is a full professor at the Military University of Technology. He held a number of management positions at Military University of Technology. He was the dean of the Faculty of Cybernetics. His scientific achievements include approximately 149 scientific papers published in English, academic textbooks and scripts. He supervised several doctors of mathematical and technical sciences and managed research projects financed by the Committee for Scientific Research. Starting in 1990, he lectured on methods for examining the solvability of boundary problems in the nonlinear theory of elasticity, thermoelasticity, thermodiffusion and cryptology at the University of Innsbruck in Austria, at the Technical University of Darmstadt, at the University of Bonn, the University of the Bundeswehr in Munich, the University of Konstantz and Chemitz-Zwickau in Germany, at the University of Fukuoka, Tsukuba, Kaio and Josai and the Tokyo Institute of Technology, at the University of Science and Washeda University in Tokyo and Tsubaki in Japan; Haifa Institute of Technology, Tel Aviv University in Israel. He led several development projects in cryptology.
It is, among others, member of the Polish Mathematical Society, Gesellschaft fur Angewandte Matematik und Mechanik (GAMM), International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR), The Mathematical Association of America (MAA), Information and Communications Security (ICS) Advisory Panel, NATO and an expert of the Independent Scientific Expert Group (ISEG) NATO; reviewer of “Zenterbat fur Mathematik” and “Mathematical Reviews”, editor of “Journal of Sound and Vibration”.
In 2009, he was awarded the award of the Minister of National Defense for his entire scientific activity.
For the results obtained from completed development projects, including: for the national scrambler, cryptographic zcoprocessor generator, universal cryptographic protection and radio communication system, SCIP terminal, airport monitoring system demonstrator prof. Jerzy Gawinecki was awarded many medals at international fairs in Warsaw, Brussels and Paris. In 2012, 2013, 2014 he received the Officer’s Cross, the Knight’s Cross, and the Commander’s Cross of the Order of Invention of the Kingdom of Belgium in Brussels, respectively.
